Notifcations

To address the UI/UX problems raised in 7173 I propose adding this notifcations system that can be used site wide to deliver a variety of informative notifcations to the user. I have included several examples that can be viewed by clicking on the buttons below.

Session Timer

I would also suggest the inclusion of a countdown timer so the user knows exactly how long they have left on their session. This could be made so it would only appear when the session has 5 minutes left. The page could automatically redirect back to the login page once the countdown reaches zero.
